Attempt at producing GAN imagery without using the generator; Usually when people make art using GANs they throw out the discriminator after training- i really wanted to throw out the generator instead and see what the discriminator knows about the structure of the body. The process is chopping up nude portraits and optimizing the tile placements according to the discriminator from a 16x16 pixel GAN trained on other nude portraits. Later on I tried to do this collaging process with individual brushstrokes/pencilstrokes instead of cropped tiles.
